TO:    Controller, Allied Intelligence Bureau, GHQ, SWPA, APO 500, Reer Echelon.

1. Basic request was received this Headquarters on 27 December, too late to execute the mission requested by 3O December.
2. Photos of Area 2 were taken by the Thirteenth Air Force on 18 December and are included in the second phase Photo Interpretation report number OM-468. Headquarters Thirteenth Air Force is being requested this date by radio to furnish your Headquarters two copies of this report, and to photograph Area 1 with vertical photography at earliest practicable date. It is not considered feasible to send a low altitude photo mission into this area at this time.
