Tenderly I love thee, for all our years
Through all our times of joy and tears,
A bond so strong faith in one another
The support you gave when 1 became a mother,
A combined will to achieve with little hope
Enabled us to move on and cope,
Love for one another a vital thread inspired
When we at times through bad times tired,
The irresistible something always there
That was lo endure with love and care,
A completion of peace at the end of our days
One for the other always.
