Years have gone

Where only memory stays

History of life with many rays

Of ultimate joy and its fears

Ending with joy or tears

The strength of humanity in its need

A crossroad, a new life to lead

Hope and strength plays its part

Faith always at the start

Like a light it guides its way

Was where our future lay.
